Otherwise known as an Inspiron 910. Handy little Netbook that runs full Ubuntu but a couple of issues. It shipped with Ubuntu 8 but 10 works much better and it has a recovery partition which gobbles up about 1.2Gb of the SSD. Bad news on an 8Gb SSD.
I've just done the upgrade after bricking it trying to extend the boot partition. Moving the starting block on a Linux boot partition usually bricks it, pretty paperweight lol.
Despite only having an Atom CPU, it's a neat bit of kit and it's now supported hardware in the Linux community and pretty cheap secondhand.
