My dad's area was updated as of at least December last year, only reason he knows is my nephew lives near him and got his upgrade then, but he already had the new modem due to a fault. However, my dad still has the old ambit and is still stuck on 20mb. Do they notify you and arrange a new superhub and hence his upgrade or does he have to contact them. I realise it takes time, but surely not 3 months.
