Please if possible could you upload all picons to the new picons downloads category here:
It is very simple to upload :)
Satellite Picons - Downloads - DigitalWorldz - Satellite, Cable, Console Forums
Also what makes it even better for you the uploader is that once you create this file it will also create a thread in this forum that is optimized for search engines, so it will help you get your files / picons found by the public.
And even better it will always stay!
