channels

Hi another daft question.is it possible from rats bouquets to ftp to box just the new channels and add them to your excisting list in the box and if so how cos i aint doing it right if you can.
as everytime a new rats bouquets comes out and i ftp to box i have to spend hours moving channels to the way i want them.can someone explain for me please.
