poor reception

Since yesterday I have had poor reception BBC1 BBC2 ITV all the channels below sky1 in the frequency 10-11987 this happened when we had the snow in march as well the full screen picture is horizontally stripey but if viewing while in epg mode i.e. a small window the picture is ok

EDit I have done a system restore back to 3.0.649 and all is well again
