Invalid Image or Old version (openpli3.0

Evening GUys

Trying my first flash Dm800hd se (genuine box) with the Open pli3.0 (also tried 2.1)

When trying this through the browser, i am getting the msg (Invalid image or (old version).

Looking for some help & assistance.
