So we have bought our new home which is a band B council tax code, I then get a letter off HMRC saying they want to come and re measure as its had extension and conservatory added and we are the new owners etc.
They say they will base figures on 1991 prices god knows how they will do that, but I get a horrible feeling mine is going to go up at least one band.
is there any thing I need to know or can do I was thinking of taking all the windows out of the conservatory that would reduce it by 80sq ft.
Any advice welcome..
