openbox s11 save image and channel list

hi
how do i save the existing channel list and the image on the openbox s11 onto a usb stick?
i want to save everything so that if i **** up when messing with the box i can get recover to the original condition?

also once i've back backed up onto the usb, how do i get it back on the box?
