13e prima filma

Does anybody please know if some transponder frequencies are bad to recieve on some lnb. I had all channels one min then had to reset Box to factory setting then re found sat put all transponders in for the channels I wanted I gone no signal on the prima fila and won't even find on a blind scan think my lnb is 0.3 db hd. So annoying as I thought dish had moved so spent half day moving it then thought I had it. Tuned for 13 e then forgot to try 19.2 etc while up there guess what don't work lol only 1.0 w and 13 e

Also if anybody knows any dish installers in Manchester area would be great to know sick of trying to align to all sats myself all dish cable etc installed just can't get it 100% many thanks
