[DM800SE] R01 no ca found

Hi all new to all this. I tried flashing my dm800hd se and got R01 NO CA FOUND I have tried several more times to flash with holding down mini flash button when powering up and being able to use IP address in Internet explorer to try and reflash. Every times get NO CA FOUND
Can someone please hhelp many thanks
