There must be a few of these things about, but not a whole lot of info to be had. I was given a faulty one to repair- a handful of cap's in the PSU had rattled loose- re-soldered & all worked fine on factory settings. I uploaded a file to it, but I guess it was for something else- now it doesn't get past the front panel 'Welcome' when booting. Oops! Reading the various threads, I take it that's what is meant by 'bricked'? I further gather that I might require the services of an old PC with serial port to undo this mess? (Please correct me if I am wrong). Luckily I have such a thing, but still need to know what to do with it. Any hints gratefully received. Thx, TT.
